1.1. These regulations (hereinafter referred to as "Regulations") govern the use of the site Maptu available at (hereinafter referred to as "Maptu" or "Site"). The owner of Maptu is Mapsy Ltd, based in London 220c Blythe Road W140HH (United Kingdom), the number in the Companies House 9792946.

1.2. Maptu enables independent design of a poster containing the map of a chosen city. Payable services offered via Maptu consist of preparation of the poster for printing, print and delivery to the customer (hereinafter referred as to "Services").

1.3. The company responsible for the implementation of the Services is Bitfinder sp. o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, Poland, ul. Meander 1a / 26, 02-791 Warsaw, registered by the District Court in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division, KRS: 0000444061, NIP: 9512362892, REGON: 146448670 (hereinafter referred as to "Service Provider").

1.4. Regulations come into force on 21st of March 2017.


2.1. The customer is anyone who uses the Services. In case of natural person, the Customer must be an adult (hereinafter referred to as "Customer").

2.2. The user of the Site is anyone who visits Maptu (hereinafter referred to as "User").


3.1. The owner of Maptu reserves the right to modify the Regulations, the price list and the content of Maptu, and will inform Users about any such modifications 7 days in advance.

3.2. The owner of Maptu reserves the right to temporarily suspend the operation of the Site in the event of maintenance or modification of the Site.

3.3. The Customer and the Provider are bound by the Regulations that are in force on the date of submitting the order.


4.1. The orders are submitted via the form available on Maptu (hereinafter referred to as "Form").

4.2. All prices on Maptu are in EUR (Euro). These prices are gross.

4.3. All prices on the Site include worldwide shipping costs.

4.4. Payments for orders are made through the Paypal system. Before making the payment, please take note also of Paypal terms and conditions.

4.5. After placing the order and making the payment, the Customer receives a confirmation sent to the e-mail address provided in the Form. It establishes the moment of the conclusion of the contract of sale between the Customer and the Provider (hereinafter referred to as "Contract"). From that moment, the delivery time is counted.

4.6. If payment is not executed, the order is automatically cancelled.

4.7. After submitting the Form, it is not possible to introduce changes to the data provided on one's own. Don’t hesitate to contact us (via e-mail) in case you wanted to change the shipping address or other details. We will do everything in our power to change the data before shipping.


5.1. Posters are sent to the Customer by post (Poczta Polska) or via courier within 3 working days after the confirmation referred to in point 4.5., but we always try to do it all as quickly as possible.

5.2. The owner of Maptu reserves the right to choose the delivery company that meets the highest standards in his opinion, and change the company at any time if it is considered beneficial for the quality and speed of delivery to the Customers.


6.1. Because each time the poster is unique, printed to order, as per the project prepared by the Customer, according to the Polish legislation, the Customer shall not be entitled to withdraw from the contract of sale.

6.2. If you receive a poster containing a defect, please contact us via e-mail ( Maptu team will examine the complaint within 14 days (or sooner), and if the complaint is recognised, Maptu will replace the poster at its own expense.

6.3. In relation to the complaint, i.e. its recognition or rejection, as well as further proceedings, the Customer will be contacted via e-mail. The Service Provider is responsible in particular for errors in printing, paper defects and deficiencies in the package.

6.4. In case the Customer needs to return the poster, the shipping costs are covered by the Service Provider. The return is executed by the company cooperating with the Service Provider.

6.5. The Service Provider informs about the possibility of using extrajudicial means of dealing with complaints of goods, including enabling the Customer, after the conclusion of the complaint procedure, to file a request for mediation or request for consideration of the case before the arbitration court (the application can be downloaded from the website List of Permanent consumer courts of arbitration operating at Voivodeship Inspectorates of the Trade Inspection is available on the website: Non-judicial redress after the complaint procedure is free of charge.

6.6. The Service Provider is responsible for all complaints.


7.1. Teh map editor available on the Site (, "Editor") allows you to select the location from the map of which a poster is made.

7.2. The Editor is a miniaturized preview of the poster. We try to prepare each poster as closely as possible to the specification supplied by the Customer through the Site. Before ordering, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with pictures of posters available on the Website and related portals. Posters are printed on white paper.

7.3. We recommend using Maptu on desktop computers or laptops, and in the newest versions of internet browsers.


8.1. The administrator of personal data provided in connection with the use of the services offered through Maptu is the Service Provider i.e. Bitfinder sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Meander 1a / 26, 02-791 Warsaw, registered by the District Court in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division, KRS: 0000444061, NIP: 9512362892, REGON: 146448670.

8.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data and the Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means.

8.3. The collection of personal data has been registered by the General Inspector for Personal Data (Generalny Inspektor Danych Osobowych).

8.4. Viewing the contents of Maptu does not require the user to provide any personal data. Maptu automatically asks for the necessary personal information when you use the Services.

8.5. Providing personal information on the Site is voluntary, but necessary for the use of the Services.

8.6. Personal data is used only for the execution of the Contract.

8.7. The Customer has the right to change their personal data. The Consumer may, at any time, contact the administrator of the data to obtain information about whether and how their personal information is used or intended to be used. The Consumer may also request thet the administrator remove their personal data entirely or in part.

9.1. The owner of Maptu indicates that the website uses the cookie mechanism, like most other websites. The cookie mechanism is a procedure that enables saving and reading small amounts of text data sent by a web server and stored on the user’s end device (typically the hard drive). Cookies identify it in order to simplify and speed up the operation of the page (e.g. by storing previously opened texts and faster re-loading). The text data does not identify your personal information, does not affect the operation of the end device or its software. The data obtained through cookies are used for statistical purposes and advertising.

9.2. Every User can prevent these small data files from being stored on their device by disabling cookies in the web browser. However, disabling cookies can lead to the loss of access to some of the functionalities of the Site.


10.1. All disputes arising out of this Contract that cannot be amicably resolved shall be settled by the Polish common court. We encourage you to first appeal directly to the Maptu team to resolve any misunderstandings.

10.2. To the matters not provided in these Regulations, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall be applicable, in particular the provisions of the Act on providing services by electronic means, the Act on the Protection of Personal Data, the Civil Code and other.

10.3. The Customer can benefit from non-judicial means of dealing with complaints and redress. Amicable settlement of disputes relating to online shopping is possible via the EU's Internet platform ODR, available at:
